From Savelovsky Station: take bus 447 from the Savelovsky Station stop to the Petrovsko-Razumovskaya Metro stop, then walk 7 minutes to the exhibition center.

From Leningradsky Station: take the commuter train from Moskva station to Petrovsko-Razumovskaya station in the direction Moscow (Leningradsky Station) - Zelenograd - Kryukovo and then walk 13 minutes to the exhibition center.

To attend the event, you must purchase a ticket. Tickets can be purchased in advance on the website or at the registration desk during the event.

Admission to the exhibition is subject to a fee. Registration is mandatory for all visitors. Visitor packages, ticket prices, and the ability to purchase tickets and register are available on the website.

Entry to the exhibition is by name badge, which visitors receive by email or download after registering and purchasing a ticket.

Badges are valid for entry to the exhibition during the days and hours of the exhibition.

1.Online registration on the website is available until the end of the event. Two payment methods are available: by credit card and by invoice from a legal entity.

Please note that if you pay by invoice, tickets will be emailed to you only after the funds have been deposited into the organizer's bank account. Invoicing will be closed five days before the event. Closing documents can be picked up at the exhibition in the organizer's office (Chayanov Hall).

2.Purchase tickets at the registration desk at the event venue (Timiryazev Center). Cash and bank card payments are accepted.

-Enter your email address – it's important to enter it correctly, as your ticket will be sent to this address.
-Fill out the form (name, contact information, etc.).

4. Select your payment method:
-By bank card – instant debit, fast process.
-By invoice (for legal entities) – available for purchases of two or more tickets or according to the terms and conditions. (Please note: invoicing is not available within 5 days of the event.)

5. Receiving and using your ticket:
-After payment, you will receive an electronic ticket via email.
-You can present the ticket on your device or bring a printed copy. Electronic tickets can be exchanged for a paper ticket at the registration desk at the event venue.

No discounts are available for attending the exhibition or forum.

You can only transfer your ticket to another person if you do not plan to attend the exhibition.

To do so, you must change the name on your ticket.

To change a name, please email support@versous.ru, specifying the order number and the name of the person being changed, or reply to the email with the ticket asking to change the name on the ticket.

Yes, you can enter the exhibition with an electronic ticket by swiping the barcode on your ticket to the terminal at the turnstile.

You can exchange your electronic ticket for a paper ticket at the registration desk at the event venue.

Please check your spam folder. If your ticket hasn't arrived within 1-1.5 hours, please send an email to support@versous.ru with your order number, ticket purchase date, and a description of the issue.

All days of the exhibition are equally rewarding and interesting to visit.

No, the same companies will be present at the exhibition over the three days, but the business forum program will be different each day.

The cloakroom is located in the lobby on the first floor.

A storage locker (automated) is available only to exhibition visitors. It is located in front of the entrance to the Vavilov Hall.

If your suitcase doesn't fit in the locker, you can ask to leave it in the cloakroom. This is an optional service. The cloakroom staff may refuse to accept your suitcase. Cloakroom staff are not responsible for suitcases left behind.

You can register your travel expenses and pick up your closing documents at the Exhibition Management Office. The Office is located within the exhibition area and is marked on the map. For more information on the location, please contact the staff at the information desk.

Closing documents are provided only when paying by invoice from a legal entity.

- Full name
- Name of media outlet
- Planned release date

Requests must be sent from the media outlet's corporate address. The organizer reserves the right to deny accreditation without explanation
